Nolilo Beauty is a beauty and skincare business based in East Legon, Accra, Ghana.

Nolilo Beauty Studio provides beauty and skincare services, including facial treatments, consultations, and related client care services. All services are subject to availability, suitability, and professional assessment.
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, postpone, or discontinue a service where necessary for client safety, hygiene, operational reasons, or treatment suitability.
3. Bookings
Appointments may be booked through our website, approved communication channels, or other methods made available by Nolilo Beauty Studio.
A booking request is only confirmed once the appointment is accepted and reflected in our booking system or otherwise confirmed by us.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.
4. Arrival and lateness
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability and operational requirements. In some cases, late arrival may be treated as a missed appointment.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as early as possible.
Nolilo Beauty reserves the right to set and update cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show rules from time to time. Where these rules apply, they may be communicated on the website, during booking, or through direct communication.
6. No-shows
If a client fails to attend a confirmed appointment without notice, Nolilo Beauty may limit future bookings, require reconfirmation for future appointments, or apply any no-show policy then in effect.
7. Consultations and treatment suitability
Some services may require a consultation or intake form before treatment.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information about relevant skin concerns, allergies, treatment history, sensitivities, medications, or other contraindications that may affect treatment suitability.
Nolilo Beauty may decline or adjust treatment where:
- the treatment is not suitable
- safety concerns arise
- consent is incomplete
- contraindications are identified
- the client has not provided accurate or sufficient information
8. Results disclaimer
Individual skin responses and treatment outcomes vary. Nolilo Beauty Studio does not guarantee specific aesthetic or skincare results.
Any information provided on this website, in consultation, or during aftercare guidance is intended for general beauty and skincare support and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients with medical or dermatological concerns should seek advice from an appropriately qualified medical professional where necessary.
9. Client responsibilities
By booking or receiving services, you agree to:
- provide accurate information
- follow reasonable pre-treatment and aftercare instructions
- communicate any relevant changes to your condition before treatment
- respect appointment times and studio policies
- behave respectfully toward staff, the studio environment, and other clients
We reserve the right to refuse service where there is abusive, unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct.
10. Prices and payment
Service prices are listed in Ghana cedis unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice, but any change will not affect a booking already confirmed unless clearly communicated.
Where applicable, taxes, levies, or statutory charges may apply in accordance with Ghana law.
Payment terms, where relevant, will be communicated at booking, before service, or at the studio.
11. Gifted, promotional, or invited services
From time to time, Nolilo Beauty Studio may offer complimentary, promotional, invited, influencer, or limited-access services. These may be subject to separate conditions, availability limits, timing restrictions, and content/consent arrangements where relevant.
12. Photos, media, and consent
Clinical before-and-after photographs may be taken as part of consultation and treatment records where consent is given.
Any use of client images, testimonials, or media for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes will only be done where separate permission has been provided.
Consent for treatment records does not automatically mean consent for public or marketing use.
13. Privacy and personal data
Your use of our website, booking system, and consultation forms may involve the collection and processing of personal data. This is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Nolilo Beauty Studio acts as the data controller for personal data collected through its website and client care process. Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) is the main legal framework for personal data processing, and the Data Protection Commission is the relevant regulator.
